*Role Overview**

We are looking for a data\-driven **Digital Marketer** to lead our online growth. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic to our e\-commerce platforms, optimizing the user journey to maximize conversions, and managing multi\-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate knows how to turn clicks into customers while maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence.

*Key Responsibilities**

*1\. Campaign Management \& Paid Advertising**

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms**.
Manage the digital advertising budget, perform A/B testing, and adjust target audiences to improve ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

*2\. E\-commerce \& Marketplace Optimization**

Oversee and optimize online store listings, product descriptions, and visual content on platforms like **Amazon, Shopify, and Flipkart**.
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and ensure smooth customer checkout experiences.

*3\. Analytics \& Performance Tracking**

Track and report on key e\-commerce KPIs: **Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)**.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM software to analyze customer behavior and make data\-backed marketing decisions.

*4\. Email \& Retention Marketing**

Design and deploy promotional emails, cart\-abandonment flows, and customer newsletters to boost repeat purchases and retention.
Build lifecycle marketing strategies to re\-engage past buyers.

*5\. Social Media \& Brand Awareness**

Drive engaging content and social commerce strategies aligned with overall brand messaging.

*Qualifications \& Skills**

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
**Experience:** 2\-4 years of experience in e\-commerce or digital marketing.
**Technical Proficiencies:** Strong working knowledge of **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO/SEM tools**.
**Platform Experience:** Familiarity with e\-commerce platforms like **Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central**.
**Soft Skills:** Strong analytical mindset, creative problem solving, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.74 \- ₹33,753\.71 per month
