Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in B2B digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy \& Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and tracking.
SEO \& Website Management
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content optimization.
Social Media Management
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Content Marketing
- Develop engaging content including blogs, case studies, brochures, videos, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create technical and marketing content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Performance Marketing \& Analytics
- Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Email Marketing \& CRM
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives.
- Maintain and segment customer databases for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize engagement rates.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Technical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent content creation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and data\-driven decision\-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial automation, or related industries.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing certifications.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and account\-based marketing.
