We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives and build a strong brand presence across online platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive lead generation, brand awareness, showroom footfall, and sales conversions.
- Manage annual and monthly digital marketing plans and budgets.
SEO \& Website Management
- Develop and implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies.
- Improve website rankings for targeted keywords related to marble, tiles, sanitaryware, interiors, and luxury home products.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Monitor website performance and optimize user experience.
Google Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Track and improve campaign performance, ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize qualified leads.
Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Create and manage high\-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns.
- Continuously optimize creatives, audiences, and budgets to improve results.
Content Creation \& Branding
- Lead content planning and execution across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate photo shoots, product videos, showroom videos, reels, testimonials, and project showcases.
- Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Monitor trends and implement innovative digital campaigns.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track KPIs including leads generated, CPL, ROAS, website traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
Vendor \& Agency Management
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, content creators, influencers, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
