We are seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across paid and organic channels. The role will focus on driving business growth through performance marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, CRM campaigns, and data\-driven decision\-making.
*Key Responsibilities**
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram).
Manage campaign budgets and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct audience, creative, and campaign testing to maximize performance and scalability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across the customer journey:
Awareness (TOFU)
Engagement \& Retargeting (MOFU)
Conversion (BOFU)
Optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Monitor website traffic, bounce rate, and conversion performance.
Collaborate with design and development teams to improve landing pages and user experience.
Execute A/B testing for landing pages, creatives, and calls\-to\-action.
Conduct keyword research and implement on\-page and technical SEO initiatives.
Monitor and improve organic search visibility using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
*Required Skills**
3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience managing end\-to\-end campaign execution and optimization.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEO tools.
Understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution models, and conversion metrics.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
Experience working with eCommerce or D2C brands.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or WebEngage.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UI/UX principles, and digital content best practices.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
