*Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong performance marketing background. The role focuses on driving high\-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be a strong advantage.

*Key Responsibilities**

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
Drive lead generation and improve cost per lead through performance\-focused strategies
Manage full\-funnel campaigns including awareness, consideration, and conversion
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
Optimize landing pages and creatives to improve conversion rates
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and proper tracking
Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

*Required Skills \& Experience**

Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in Digital Marketing
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to interpret data and make data\-driven decisions
