Digital Marketing Manager

SRV InfoTech is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Digital Marketing Manager** to lead and execute end\-to\-end digital marketing activities for the **Bank of Maharashtra** account. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, content planning, analytics, and performance marketing. The candidate must be fluent in **Hindi, English, and Malayalam** and be willing to relocate to Pune.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Handle complete digital marketing operations for the Bank of Maharashtra account.
• Plan and execute campaigns across : Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), YouTube Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, and development teams.
• Create and manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead generation.
• Analyze website and campaign data using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with banking industry guidelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to clients.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 4\+ years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Email Marketing Platforms
• Social Media Management Tools
• Performance Marketing
• Experience handling large corporate, BFSI, banking, or financial sector accounts is highly preferred.
• Excellent campaign planning, execution, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
