Digital Marketing Manager

Terra Rex Realty is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing, Google Ads, campaign management, content planning, event promotions, website analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to improve traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media posts, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute promotional activities for company events, project launches, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads)
• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• LinkedIn Advertising
• Google Analytics and Search Console
• SEO \& SEM fundamentals
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing and Campaign Planning
• Experience in website performance analysis and digital reporting.
• Strong project management and event promotion skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Real Estate Marketing.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Understanding of video marketing and creative campaign development.
