Bounteous is hiring a Director, Content Platforms, focused on AEM, Adobe Content Supply Chain, and the use of AI in the Adobe space. In this role, you will support Business Development and lead technical projects. Candidates should have a deep technical background as an AEM architect, experience building and delivering presentations to client stakeholders, and a track record of estimating new work.

Half of your time goes to pre\-sales. You will be the technical voice on our Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe pursuits, helping shape solutions for new work, build estimates, and present to clients.

The other half goes to delivery. You will keep building your craft, support key clients from the sale through delivery and launch, and coach and train our teams.

• *✓** **Lead the solution for AEM related pursuits.** Review and help qualify pursuits, own the architecture and technical approach, build estimations, create a technical plan for the solution, and build a team around agentic\-first builds to deliver excellence.

• *✓** **Run discovery and solutioning sessions** with client leadership and their technical teams both during pre\-sales and after work is won.

• *✓** **Write and present proposals and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with a larger team.** Create and present solution architecture, delivery approach, technical recommendations, and risks.

• *✓** **Build phased technical roadmaps** that balance quick wins, foundational investment, and long\-term transformation.

• *✓****Provide Estimates:** Effort, team shape, timeline, and cost, based on our best practices and your experience.

• *✓** **Advise senior stakeholders** such as the CMO, CIO, CTO and connect their goals to Adobe Experience Cloud tools and an implementation roadmap.

• *✓** **Share points of view** on DXP, personalization, content supply chain, AI\-powered SDLC, and the move to agentic CX.

• *✓** **Build and maintain working relationships** with Adobe account teams, product teams, and support, and join them on joint pursuits and client meetings.

• *✓** **Work with Adobe to validate solution** assumptions, test new and beta features, and escalate product issues, so our recommendations and delivery stay in step with the Adobe roadmap.

• *✓** **Design enterprise architecture** for large, multi\-brand, multi\-region programs. Integrate AEM with other solutions – both Adobe and non\-Adobe

• *✓** **Know Edge Delivery Services.** Da.live and Universal Editor authoring, block architecture, and Core Web Vitals\-first delivery.

• *✓** **Architect the content supply chain.** AEM Assets and Content Hub, Workfront, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Firefly and Firefly Services (working knowledge).

• *✓** **Speak to the wider Adobe stack.** AEP, Real\-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Target, Analytics and CJA, and Commerce. Deep hands\-on skill in every product is not required.

• *Agentic AI and customer experience orchestration**

• *✓** **Design open, standards\-based agent architecture** using MCP and Agent2Agent, including MCP\-based integration that brings Claude into Adobe's Agent Orchestrator.

• *✓** **Align the team around the architecture** through design, build, and launch. Guide the delivery team and make decisions that keep scope and quality on track.

• *✓** **Delivery Oversight.** Conduct code reviews and unblock the team when issues come up.

• *✓** **Be the client's trusted technical advisor** during delivery, continuing and growing the relationship you built in pre\-sales.

• *✓** **Improve how we work.** Bring delivery lessons, actual effort, and reusable patterns back into estimates and proposals while coaching teams on new engagements.

• *Experience and qualifications**

• *✓** **10\+ years in enterprise digital and experience technology,** with a strong record architecting AEM\-centred solutions.

• *✓** **Proven pre\-sales success.** You have driven solutions around winning proposals and estimates in competitive pursuits.

• *✓** **Real delivery experience.** You have led architecture on AEM programs from discovery through launch, and you stay hands\-on enough to be credible with a delivery team.

• *✓** **Experience turning client requirements into scope.** Epics, stories, effort calculators, roadmaps, and estimates.

• *✓** **Hands\-on with AEM, EDS, and Assets,** with working knowledge of Firefly, Firefly Services, and GenStudio.

• *✓** **Has built AI\-powered PoCs or applied AI on client work.**

• *✓** **Comfort with live demos and whiteboarding** in front of a client.

• *✓** **Strong client\-facing presence.** Credible and comfortable speaking to technology and the business.

• *✓** **Adobe certifications** (AEM Architect, Experience Cloud) and hands\-on EDS delivery.
