Job Description **Role Description**
- Drive revenue growth by building scalable, market\-relevant offerings across the Data \& Integration space.
- Champion an AI\-first approach across all practice initiatives to enhance innovation, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with market teams to accelerate growth through strategic upsell and cross\-sell opportunities.
- Oversee end\-to\-end delivery for a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Optimize team utilization and staffing, aligning capacity with client demand while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead people management at scale, managing multiple teams through subordinate People Managers and fostering a high\-performance culture.
- Drive capability readiness by aligning skills supply with market demand through recruitment planning, competence development, upskilling, and knowledge\-sharing in the practice
- Own end\-to\-end people leadership across the employee lifecycle: hiring/onboarding, goal setting, feedback and coaching, performance management, development planning, and offboarding

- Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Integration
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, APIs, messaging systems)
- Exposure to integration patterns, microservices, and event\-driven architectures
- Practical understanding of AI/GenAI use cases in Data \& Integration
- Ability to embed AI\-first thinking into solutions, delivery, and productivity improvements
- *Leadership \& Business**
- Strong leadership experience managing large, distributed teams and people managers
- Proven ability to drive growth through offerings, sales support, and account expansion
- Strong stakeholder management with customers, sales teams, and senior leadership
- Ability to balance delivery, people, and business priorities effectively
- *Delivery \& Operations**
- Deep experience in managing end\-to\-end program delivery with a focus on quality and CSAT
- Strong understanding of resource management, utilization optimization, and workforce planning
- Experience managing multiple accounts/portfolios in a global delivery model
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15\+ years of relevant industry experience in Data and Integration
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a consulting or delivery organization preferred
