Could you be the full\-time Domain Lead \- TrainLab in Bangalore we’re looking for?**Your future role**
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in validation and testing to a cutting\-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence in transport solutions.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the readiness, performance, and availability of the TrainLab for functional tests. Day\-to\-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Train Validation Engineers, Train System Engineers, and Control Engineers, to manage TrainLab configurations, oversee test operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
You’ll specifically take care of the preparation and operation of the TrainLab, ensuring it is ready for tests on time and in the correct configuration, but also extend your expertise to other functional test means such as Co\-simulation computers and TCMS Testbench.
We’ll look to you for
- Ensuring 100% compliance with EHS rules, particularly for activities performed on TrainLab and Test Bench.
- Preparing the laboratory before the reception of test means.
- Developing specific models (equipment, low voltage, environment) and integrating external models (PU, generic models, supplier models).
- Managing TrainLab tools configuration according to planned tests (real/simulated device, models, supervision).
- Controlling the test configuration (hardware and software) against the applicable configurations to be tested.
- Planning TrainLab usage per shift in agreement with Train Validation Engineer needs.
- Maintaining operational conditions of the TrainLab.
- Managing the configuration of the TrainLab environment and deliverables.
- Overseeing the TrainLab Work Package.

- Degree in Engineering, Master of Science in Engineering into electrical and electronics domain.
- 15 year experience into Test lab management, team management and project planning and execution.
- Practical knowledge of validation means such as testbenches and simulators.
- Experience in software integration and validation phases, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industries like railway, healthcare, defense, aeronautical, or automotive sectors.
- Knowledge of validation methods such as boundary tests and equivalent class tests.
- Familiarity with validation tools like Test Stand and model\-based testing tools.
- Strong autonomy and a rigorous approach to tasks.
- Experience managing work packages for subcontractors.
- Understanding of the DFQ (Design For Quality) cycle.
- Fluency in English.
