Job Description

iEnergizer is hiring confident, customer\-focused voice professionals for its **Airtel Black /Air India(Relationship Manager (RM)** process in Noida. You will handle calls from customers, resolve their queries, and build strong relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Resolve queries related to services, billing, plans, and account support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Record accurate call details in the system and follow process guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

Requirements

• Any graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Willingness to work from the office in Noida
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• 5 working days a week
