We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage and drive end\-to\-end recruitment activities. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, building effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands\-on IT hiring experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Team Leadership \& Development**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
• Guide the team on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.

• *Recruitment Strategy \& Execution**

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality IT talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
• Ensure hiring aligns with company goals, culture, and diversity initiatives.

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights.
• Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, job portals, and external partners.

• *Process Improvement \& Reporting**

• Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time\-to\-hire and cost\-per\-hire.

• *Employer Branding \& Market Insights**

• Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

• *Diversity \& Inclusion**

• Promote fair and inclusive hiring practices.
• Implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team\-handling role.
• Strong experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
• Hands\-on experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and job portals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and decision\-making abilities.
