Job Description

Hiring customer\-focused voice professionals for its **International Voice Process** supporting US customers. You will handle calls from US\-based customers, resolve their queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast\-paced, night shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Record call details accurately and follow process guidelines
• Communicate clearly with a neutral accent and professional tone
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Graduate and undergraduate with relevant experience
• Prior experience in an international voice process preferred
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral communication
• Willingness to work from the office in Noida
• Comfortable working US night shifts
