Dotnet Technical Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader/Architect with a strong technical background and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL, AWS, and a variety of other modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, iOS, macOS, Docker, and Kubernetes. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision, manage a team of developers, and ensure successful delivery of high\-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

* Architectural Design and Implementation

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Ensure architectural best practices are followed, including design patterns, scalability, and security.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high\-performance work environment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate cross\-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high\-quality software.
• Technology Strategy and Innovation:
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and best practices that enhance development efficiency.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Project Planning and Management:
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization.
• Provide guidance on technical risks, challenges, and solution trade\-offs.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery. **Technical Skills:**
• NET Core \& C\#: Advanced knowledge and experience building web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Angular: Proficient in front\-end development with Angular, Typescript, and related frameworks.
• SQL \& Databases: Expert in database design, optimization, and management with SQL and other databases.
• AWS: Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, architecture, and best practices for cloud applications.
• Java \& Spring Boot: Solid experience in Java and the Spring Boot framework for backend development.
• Docker \& Kubernetes: Proficient in containerization and orchestration, with experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: From ₹1,700,000\.00 per year
