Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive E\-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our e\-commerce operations for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing online stores, marketplaces, digital commerce strategies, and leading a team of executives. The candidate must possess strong leadership, analytical, and client management skills to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
E\-Commerce \& Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize e\-commerce stores across Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
- Oversee marketplace operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and other online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory management, and catalog optimization.
- Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and customer experience.
Team Leadership \& Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of E\-Commerce Executives and Marketplace Specialists.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular team training sessions and performance reviews.
- Establish processes and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, content, performance marketing, and development teams.
Sales \& Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and growth channels.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall shopping experience.
Digital Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with SEO, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Coordinate Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS and ROI.
- Support branding and customer engagement initiatives.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Search Console, and marketplace dashboards.
Client Management
- Handle client communications and manage multiple e\-commerce accounts.
- Understand client objectives and develop customized growth strategies.
- Conduct regular review meetings and present performance reports.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in E\-Commerce Management, preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency or E\-Commerce company.
- Minimum 2\+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and marketplace management.
- Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client\-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
