MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a talented and driven Executive I – 3P Ecommerce \- Sales \& Operations to join our Marketplace Operations / Digital Commerce team at Fossil Group in Bangalore, India. If you are passionate about e\-commerce operations and enjoy collaborating across global teams to deliver seamless marketplace experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will help drive operational excellence across EMEA marketplace channels, ensuring accurate product content, efficient order execution, and exceptional partner support.

This is a hybrid position based in our Bangalore office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Manager – 3P Sales \& Operations.

What you will do in this role

Marketplace Operations

• Support daily marketplace operations across EMEA / Global marketplace channels.
• Manage order processing, returns, inventory monitoring, and operational issue resolution.
• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and performance reports to ensure execution excellence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Product Content \& Catalog Management

• Drive product onboarding, catalog updates, and content maintenance across marketplace platforms.
• Ensure product information, pricing, digital assets, and attributes are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and resolve listing issues and content discrepancies to deliver a best\-in\-class customer experience.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Registration, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Customer Service, and external marketplace partners to support business priorities.
• Support marketplace launches, seasonal campaigns, and new business initiatives across EMEA.
• Contribute to reporting, reconciliations, and operational insights that enable informed business decisions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Fashions, or a related discipline especially from NIFT.
• 1–3 years of experience in e\-commerce operations, marketplace operations, sales operations, digital commerce, or product content management.
• Experience supporting online marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, Noon, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Exposure to SAP, PIM, DAM, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator who collaborates confidently with cross\-functional and global teams.
• Self\-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced environment.
