Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives within the organization.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis related to sales performance, pipeline management, and other key metrics.
Manage and maintain Sales MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of sales data, forecasts, and other relevant information.
Generate regular and ad\-hoc reports for the Managing Director and Sales leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
