Right Gold Private Limited is hiring an experienced E\-Commerce Marketing Manager who can handle complete online business operations, digital marketing, team management, customer engagement, and online sales growth. The candidate should have strong knowledge of e\-commerce platforms, performance marketing, and online customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete e\-commerce marketing operations.
Handle website, Instagram, WhatsApp, online inquiries, and customer engagement.
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Manage online sales team, customer support team, and dispatch coordination.
Increase online sales, leads, and customer retention.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content team.
Track campaign performance, ROAS, and sales reports.
Handle influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
Ensure smooth order flow from inquiry to delivery follow\-up.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E\-Commerce/Digital Marketing.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and online sales handling.
Knowledge of Shopify, marketplaces, or e\-commerce platforms preferred.
Strong communication, reporting, and management skills.
Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
