Key Responsibilities
Manage day\-to\-day showroom operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve showroom sales targets and business objectives.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.
Monitor inventory, stock audits, and store compliance.
Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and reporting processes.
Maintain showroom presentation and operational standards.
Requirements
**3–8 years of experience in Jewellery Retail Store/Showroom Management.**
Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills.
Excellent communication and customer\-handling abilities.
Knowledge of jewellery retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
Target\-oriented with the ability to drive business growth.
