• *About the Role**

We are looking for dynamic and result\-oriented **Sales Executives** to drive business development and sales for Electrical Panels, Automation Solutions, Energy Saving Solutions, IoT and Digitization products across Odisha.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities and develop B2B client relationships.
• Identify leads, conduct customer visits, and achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Design and Costing teams to prepare quotations and offers.
• Present proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate after\-sales support.
• Follow up on payments and maintain sales reports, customer visit records, and sales pipelines.
• Monitor competitors, OEMs, and market trends.

• *Mandatory Skills \& Requirements**

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in **B2B Sales / Business Development**.

Excellent communication skills in **English and Odia (Oriya)**.

Strong lead generation, client handling, negotiation, and sales closure skills.

Willingness to travel across Odisha and nearby territories.

Good customer relationship management and follow\-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP, costing, and taxation.

Stable career history with a consistent employment record.
