To lead embedded hardware and firmware development activities for industrial electronic products. The role requires a combination of technical leadership, product development expertise, and team management experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead embedded hardware and firmware development projects.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Review system architecture, hardware designs, and firmware solutions.
• Support product testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including quality, manufacturing, and product engineering.
• Drive engineering best practices, documentation standards, and development processes.
• Mentor and develop team members to support technical growth and project success.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones and project objectives.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 12–18 years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Strong experience with embedded hardware and firmware design.
• Proficiency in Embedded C and real\-time embedded systems.
• Experience with microcontroller\-based product development.
• Knowledge of hardware debugging and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of communication interfaces and industrial networking concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹4,000,000\.00 \- ₹5,000,000\.00 per year
