- *Responsibilities: 1\. Recruitment MIS \& Reporting**
- Prepare and publish **daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc recruitment MIS** covering SRF status, hiring progress, aging, offers, joins, dropouts, and closures.
- Maintain and update **master trackers** (SRF tracker, hiring tracker, offer tracker, joiner tracker, vendor tracker, etc.).
- Ensure **data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency** across ATS, trackers, and dashboards.
- Share **leadership dashboards** with insights on TAT, fill rate, source mix, cost, and SLA adherence.
- *2\. Data Governance \& Quality Control**
- Perform **regular audits** of recruitment data to identify gaps, discrepancies, and process deviations.
- Track and close **data mismatches** between recruiters, vendors, and systems.
- Ensure adherence to **recruitment policies, SOPs, and MIS standards** .
- *3\. Stakeholder \& Business Support**
- Act as the **single point of contact for recruitment MIS** queries from recruiters, managers, finance, and leadership.
- Provide **custom reports and analysis** as per business requirements.
Support recruitment reviews, governance calls, and leadership presentations with data and insights.
- *4\. Commercial Support**
- Coordinate with commercial team and share the new hire **data** .
- *5\. Process Improvement \& Automation**
- Identify opportunities to **simplify, automate, and standardize MIS and reporting** .
- Support improvements in ATS reporting, dashboards, and tracker structures.
- Maintain documentation for **MIS processes and reporting logic** .
- Accurate and timely **Recruitment MIS \& dashboards**
- Clean and well‑maintained **recruitment master databases**
- SLA, TAT, and performance insights for leadership
Vendor MIS and reconciliation support
- *Desired Skills \& Competencies**
- *Technical / Functional Skills**
- Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
- Experience with **ATS / HR systems** and recruitment databases.
- Strong understanding of **recruitment lifecycle, SRFs, offers, and joins** .
- Ability to create **clear, insightful reports and dashboards** .
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple priorities
- *Qualifications: Education \& Experience**
- **Graduate** in any discipline.
- **2–4 years** of experience in **Recruitment MIS / HR MIS / Talent Acquisition reporting** .
- Prior experience in large TA teams, BPO/KPO, or multi‑stakeholder environments is an advantage.
