• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in **Hindi** is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in **MS Excel** and familiarity with other relevant tools/applications is required.
• Prior experience in customer relationship management, customer support, or call handling is preferred.
• Candidates should have a keen interest in customer communication roles and possess the adaptability needed to effectively perform and grow within the position.
• As per the new contract renewal requirement, tele selling skills and previous experience will add value .
