Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Provide first\-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network\-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Maintain IT assets and keep records of hardware and software inventory.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and support services.
Ensure regular data backup and assist in data recovery when required.
Install software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
Monitor system performance and report IT\-related risks or issues.
Provide basic user training on IT systems and security practices.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity guidelines.
