Export Executive

• *Export Documentation \& Compliance**

• Prepare and maintain all export\-related documentation such as **proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping bills, and other customs documents**.
• Ensure all documentation complies with **DGFT, Customs, GST, and Export Promotion Council** guidelines.
• Coordinate for **BRCs, FIRC, AD codes, and LUTs** as required for exports.

• *Logistics \& Shipping Coordination**

• Coordinate with **freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services** for timely pickup and shipment of goods.
• Handle **booking of cargo (sea/air), tracking of shipments, and follow\-ups** for on\-time delivery.
• Maintain communication with **buyers, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents**.

• *Packaging \& Dispatch**

• Oversee product **packaging and labeling as per international standards and buyer specifications**.
• Ensure correct **marking, barcoding, and tagging** on export shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the **accurate dispatch of goods**.

• *Payments \& Government Incentives**

• Liaise with the accounts team to manage **export payments, bank documentation**, and reconciliation.
• Handle and apply for **government benefits/incentives** like **Duty Drawback, MEIS, RoDTEP**, etc.
• Maintain records of **shipment\-wise payments received** and track overdue payments if any.

• *MIS \& Reporting**

• Maintain shipment trackers, export registers, and daily MIS reports.
• Update export order status to the **General Manager and Sales/Production teams** regularly.
• Track key export KPIs such as **dispatch timelines, freight costs, and documentation accuracy**.
