Shivangi Associates is hiring an Executive for Talent Acquisition with a focus on Campus Hiring and University Relations. Based in OR, IN, this full-time role is ideal for freshers who are energetic and results-oriented. The position involves generating leads by identifying colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate prospects for partnerships. You will maintain and update lead databases, track follow-ups, and conduct 80 to 100 cold calls daily to educational institutions, HR professionals, and corporate clients to introduce services and secure recruitment and training partnerships. Additional duties include scheduling meetings and visiting institutions to build and strengthen relationships. The role requires proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
