  • *CTC:** ₹19,000 per month**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated and customer\-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer feedback calls, regular service reminder calls, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali, along with basic computer knowledge.**Key Responsibilities*** + Conduct feedback calls with customers after service completion.

+ Handle regular service reminder and follow\-up calls.

+ Schedule and coordinate service appointments, if required.

+ Address customer queries and escalate service\-related issues to the concerned team.

+ Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback reports in Excel.

+ Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely customer communication.

+ Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

+ Complete daily calling targets and maintain quality standards.

  • *Eligibility*** + Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also be considered with relevant experience).

+ 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Centre.

+ Experience in the automobile or service industry will be an added advantage.

  • *Required Skills*** + Good verbal communication in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory).

+ Basic understanding of English.

+ Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.

+ Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to maintain records and work in a team.

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** + Number of feedback calls completed.

+ Number of service reminder calls completed.

+ Customer satisfaction and feedback quality.

+ Accuracy of call records and reports.

+ Daily productivity and attendance.

  • *Working Hours*** + 9 hours per day (including breaks)

+ 6 days working (as per company policy)

  • *Compensation \& Benefits*** + **CTC:** ₹19,000 (based on experience and skills)
