- *Key Responsibilities**
- Support **end\-to\-end corporate secretarial compliances** for assigned client entities
- Assist in **MCA filings, statutory forms, and maintenance of registers/records**
- Prepare and support drafting of **board minutes, resolutions, and related documentation**
- Maintain **compliance trackers and ensure adherence to deadlines**
- Coordinate with clients for **data, documents, and routine queries**
- Ensure **accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness** of documentation
- Work with internal teams to ensure **timely and quality delivery**
- Follow **internal SOPs, risk, and maker\-checker processes**
- Support seniors in **portfolio management and peak workload periods**
- *Key Requirements**
- Knowledge of **corporate secretarial practices and compliance laws** (MCA, Companies Act, etc.)
- Familiarity with **statutory filings, registers, and documentation processes**
- Basic understanding of **board processes, minutes, and resolutions drafting**
- Strong **organizational and time management skills** to track deadlines
- Good **communication skills** for client coordination
- High **attention to detail** and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work **collaboratively with internal teams**
- Understanding of **SOPs, compliance frameworks, and risk processes**
- Ability to **handle multiple tasks and support workload peaks**
