Job Overview

Idianso Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results\-oriented **Field Marketing Executive** to promote our gardening \& landscaping services and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in field marketing or business development.

Candidates with experience in **real estate, gardening, landscaping, construction, building materials, or facility management** will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field marketing and direct client visits.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Meet residential, commercial, and corporate clients to promote company services.
• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team.
• Build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
• Maintain daily reports on client meetings, follow\-ups, and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:\-

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in real estate, landscaping, gardening, construction, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
