Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated **IT Support Executive** to provide onsite technical support at client locations. The ideal candidate should have **good coding knowledge**, strong logical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Visit client locations to provide IT support and resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network\-related problems.
• Assist with basic coding, debugging, and software\-related tasks.
• Provide technical assistance for operating systems and applications.
• Prepare service reports and update task status after each client visit.
• Ensure timely and professional support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Tech, or any graduate degree).
• **Good coding knowledge is mandatory.**
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• A minimum of **1 year of experience** in IT support is preferred.
• Good communication and client\-handling skills.
• Candidates residing in or near **Kalyani** will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client\-side visits.
