We are looking for an experienced and energetic field marketing executive for our landscaping and gardening division. The candidate should have strong sales and client handling experience, with the ability to generate leads, meet clients, and promote landscaping and gardening services to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, confidence in field marketing activities, and the ability to achieve sales targets independently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Visit residential complexes, commercial properties, offices, builders, and corporate clients to promote landscaping and gardening services
• Generating new business leads through field visits and direct marketing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Explain company services, pricing, and maintenance packages to potential customers
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the operations team
• Follow up on inquiries and converting leads into business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
• Coordinate with management regarding market trends and customer requirements

• *Required Skills:\-**

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of field sales and marketing activities
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, gardening, or maintenance services preferred
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in Field Sales/Marketing
• Industry preference: Landscaping, Gardening, Maintenance Services, Real Estate, Construction, or Facility Management
• Education: Graduate preferred
• **Candidate must own a bike with a valid driver's license**
