Should have prior experience working in the capital equipment industry.
Strong business sense \& industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching \& people management skills.
A professional manner \& presentable appearance for meeting customers/ clients.

Good knowledge of attending seminars, exhibitions, conferences \& events whenever required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present \& influence credibly \& effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Responsible for the sales of company products in the international market.
Identifying new markets for exports \& developing new business accounts/ dealers.
Meeting with clients here or overseas.
Negotiating the sales term \& meeting sales targets.
Managing administration, such as orders, contracts \& export documents.
To increase channel sales from existing clients/dealers in the geographical zone.
To identify \& formulate strategies for focus on potential \& opportunistic markets within the geographic zone.
Ability to formulate a strategy to reach out to unexplored countries for business expansion.
