Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Facility Manager – Residential** to oversee the daily operations and administration of our senior living community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, maintaining high standards of hospitality and resident satisfaction, and coordinating various support services within the campus.
This is a residential position requiring the manager to stay on campus and be available to oversee day\-to\-day operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the overall functioning of the residential facility and ensure a safe, comfortable, and well\-maintained environment for residents.
- Manage housekeeping, maintenance, security, kitchen, and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of resident rooms, common areas, dining facilities, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure prompt resolution of resident concerns and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance and facility\-related requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Support resident engagement activities and contribute to creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

Skills \& Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility, hospitality, residential, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and make timely decisions.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
