Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the overall maintenance, operations, and management of residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for managing facility operations, ensuring proper maintenance of building infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and service providers, managing staff, and maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, STP, DG sets, and other building systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently.
• Manage facility staff, housekeeping, security, technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
• Monitor daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all building services.
• Ensure proper maintenance of common areas, parking areas, landscaping, and building infrastructure.
• Handle customer complaints, maintenance requests, and operational issues.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, expenses, service contracts, and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and building maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain facility maintenance records.
• Manage emergency situations, breakdowns, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facility operation reports.
• Ensure proper functioning of fire safety systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, and security arrangements.
• Maintain good coordination with residents, tenants, management, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 10\+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in real estate, residential apartments, commercial buildings, or property management.
• Experience managing high\-rise residential or commercial properties preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, and facility operations.
• Experience in vendor management, manpower management, and maintenance budgeting.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities and operational activities.
