About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and technically capable professional to join our team as a **Personal Assistant to the Director \& Factory Operations Manager**. This is a strategic role that combines executive assistance with factory operations management, requiring strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem\-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director while overseeing day\-to\-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production activities, driving process improvements, and supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive \& Director Support
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Director and factory operations.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, inventory, manpower, projects, and operational performance.
- Track key business priorities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.
Factory Operations Management
- Monitor and supervise day\-to\-day manufacturing and factory activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Administration teams.
- Ensure production schedules, deliveries, and operational targets are achieved.
- Monitor inventory levels, material planning, machine utilization, and maintenance activities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement \& Automation
- Lead and support factory automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Research and implement modern manufacturing technologies, ERP systems, AI tools, and Industry 4\.0 solutions.
- Drive process optimization, productivity improvements, and cost\-reduction initiatives.
- Support factory expansion, workflow optimization, and capacity enhancement projects.
Compliance \& Reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for operational requirements.
- Generate operational performance reports and management dashboards.
Required Qualifications

- 3–8 years of experience in:
