Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven B2B Field Sales Manager to drive business growth across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing institutional clients, including schools, colleges, coaching centers, training institutes, and corporate learning partners. The role requires frequent field visits, relationship building, solution selling, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients in the education sector.
- Conduct face\-to\-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with decision\-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management teams, training institutes, and corporate learning departments.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, education services, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling educational technology solutions, LMS platforms, digital learning products, or training services.
- Existing network within schools, colleges, coaching institutes, or corporate L\&D teams.
