We are expanding our FMCG business and looking for energetic, target\-driven and experienced sales professionals to strengthen our distribution network across Odisha.

1\. SALES OFFICER (SO)

• *Annual CTC: ₹3\.00 – ₹4\.50 Lakh**
• *Job Locations:**

• Bhubaneswar
• Cuttack
• Jajpur
• Balasore

• *Experience:** Minimum 2–3 Years
• *Industry:** FMCG – Food \& Non\-Food Products

Key Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage and strengthen Super Stockist (SS) and City Distributor networks.
• Develop and maintain an active Small Distributor network.
• Ensure consistent market coverage and sales execution.
• Implement product launches, promotional schemes and trade offers.
• Drive product visibility, availability and merchandising across retail outlets.
• Monitor market performance and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with distributors and field sales teams to achieve business objectives.

2\. SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SR)

• *Annual CTC: ₹2\.50 – ₹3\.00 Lakh**
• *Job Locations:**

• Bhubaneswar
• Khordha
• Cuttack
• Jagatsinghpur
• Puri

• *Experience:** Minimum 2–3 Years
• *Industry:** FMCG – Food \& Non\-Food Products

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily secondary sales through assigned distributors and retail outlets.
• Ensure regular retailer visits and effective market coverage.
• Generate orders and develop new retail outlets.
• Support distributor and Small Distributor operations.
• Execute product launches, promotional schemes and trade activities.
• Maintain product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily market reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in Food \& Non\-Food FMCG products preferred.
• Good understanding of secondary sales and distribution networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
• Target\-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of the assigned local market is preferred.
