The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Install and commission equipment at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
Respond to service calls and customer complaints.
Prepare service reports and documentation.
Provide basic training and technical support to customers.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
*Requirements:**
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Experience:**
0–3 years of experience in service, maintenance, or technical support (freshers may also apply).
