Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Service Engineer \& Marketing Executive who will be responsible for equipment installation, servicing, customer support, and business development activities. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with marketing and client\-handling skills to support both service operations and sales growth.

\* Install and commission equipment at customer sites.
\* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
\* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
\* Provide after\-sales service and customer support.
\* Maintain service reports and documentation.
\* Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.

\* Visit customers and promote company products/services.
\* Generate new business leads and client inquiries.
\* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
\* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
\* Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations and follow\-ups.
\* Achieve sales and service targets.
\* Collect market and competitor information.
