• *Job Description**

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Fresher AV Implementation Engineer with strong logical thinking, problem\-solving abilities, and a keen interest in UI/UX design.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Professional Audio\-Visual (Pro AV) systems. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of system logic, user interface design, and control workflows, with an eagerness to learn AV control programming and automation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
• Develop and customize user interfaces (UI) for AV control systems.
• Design intuitive and user\-friendly control interfaces (UX) for meeting rooms, boardrooms, auditoriums, and conference rooms.
• Understand system logic, control sequences, automation workflows, and equipment interactions.
• Assist in programming and configuring AV control systems such as Q\-SYS, Crestron, or Extron.
• Work on touch\-panel UI design, including layouts, navigation, buttons, icons, and screen transitions.
• Assist in integrating displays, projectors, cameras, DSPs, amplifiers, microphones, and other AV equipment.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification.
• Prepare technical documentation, control flow diagrams, and implementation reports.
• Coordinate with the pre\-sales and project execution teams to understand project requirements and deliver the required functionality.

• *Required Skills**

• *1\. UI/UX Design**

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user\-centric interface design.
• Ability to create clean, modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
• Understanding of layouts, typography, colors, icons, navigation, and responsive design.

• *2\. Logical Thinking and Problem\-Solving**

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand conditional logic, workflows, sequences, and system dependencies.
• Interest in automation, control logic, and programming.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues systematically and identify root causes.

• *3\. Technical Skills**

• Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, and LAN connectivity.
• Basic understanding of audio and video systems.
• Familiarity with programming concepts such as variables, conditions, loops, and functions.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lua, or Python will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn AV control platforms such as Q\-SYS, Crestron, and Extron.

• *Educational Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

• *Practical Assessment During Hiring**

HR can coordinate a short technical assessment to evaluate the candidate's actual abilities:

• **UI/UX Task:** Design a simple touchscreen interface for a meeting room, including volume control, display selection, camera control, and source switching.
• **Logic Task:** Explain or create a basic workflow for switching a display on, selecting an HDMI source, and controlling the room volume.
• **Problem\-Solving Task:** Identify possible causes when a touch panel cannot control a connected AV device.

• *Hiring Priority:** Give preference to candidates with strong logical reasoning and UI/UX design skills over candidates who have only theoretical AV knowledge. AV\-specific skills can be developed through training.
