Hairdo Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional, organized, and customer\-focused Front Office Manager for our Nail Bar division. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer relations, supervising reception activities, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a premium client experience.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Manage daily front office and reception operations
Welcome and assist clients professionally
Handle appointments, bookings, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with nail technicians and salon team for smooth operations
Maintain customer records and appointment schedules
Handle billing, payments, and daily sales reports
Ensure proper grooming, cleanliness, and presentation standards at reception
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Promote salon packages, memberships, and services
Monitor front desk performance and customer satisfaction
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
*Requirements:**
Plus Two/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2–3 years experience in front office/reception management
Experience in salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality industry Advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic computer and billing software knowledge
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to manage customer service and team coordination effectively
