Being an ERP implementation company, we continuously create knowledge and knowhow about business processes, industry best practices, organizational change management and application of SAP\& Microsoft ERP products in Industry scenarios.

Since the entire accounting of a client is done in the ERP system implemented by Acxiom, we hire experienced Accountants \& Chartered Accountants who understand trial balance, balance sheet, costing and audit processes, so that when we are implementing ERP, our accounts team can understand the unique accounting practices of our clients and get them mapped and implemented in our ERP solutions.

We are a knowledge consulting firm, looking for financial professionals for our ERP Practice, under the Finance Module, looking for candidates, who have worked on Fixed Asset, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash \& Bank, Taxation, General Ledger etc., accounting \& preparation of financial statements such as P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement. Finalizing \& Closing books of accounts of clients at year end. Preparation and filing of TDS and GST returns. Involved in various Internal, Statutory, Bank and Tax audits. Working on a standard ERP like MS or SAP is preferred**.**

• *Role, Scope \& Responsibilities**

• **Process Solutioning**: Create, design, and establish system readiness in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 F\&O** and/or **SAP S/4 HANA** as the primary Finance Functional Consultant
• **End\-to\-End Implementation:** Lead and support multi\-scale, end\-to\-end ERP software projects from a process solution perspective, serving organizations of varying scale and complexity.
• **Functional Integration:** Apply in\-depth knowledge of specialized system components including Electronic Reporting, Logic Apps, and surrounding cloud/integration technologies
• **Knowledge Management:** Lead comprehensive capability building and knowledge management programs for SAP and Dynamics 365 F\&O across all business domains
• **Financial Governance \& Audit Readiness:** Design and structure financial data flows to ensure books are clean, compliant, and structurally optimized to face rigorous audits by **Big 4 or top\-tier auditing firms**.
• **Strategic MIS \& Reporting:** Oversee the structural blueprint of financial data to enable deep analytics. Design, maintain, and analyse advanced reporting models and manual Excel frameworks for corporate Management Information Systems (MIS) and unit profitability tracks.
• **We will create readiness in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or/\& SAP S/4 HANA for this role.**

• *Ideal Candidate**

• **Education**: B. Com \&/or M. Com (preferably from Delhi School of Economics, BHU, AMU, Jamia, SRCC) with Good academic Background.
• **Experience**: 5\+ years of relevant Experience in around Financials consolidation at the unit/plant Level
• **Financial Concepts:** Inventory Valuation frameworks, Balance Sheet structure, Cost Accounting systems, Trial Balance alignment, and Profitability matrix design.
• **Technical Breadth**: Demonstrated architectural exposure across R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), and RM2FG (Raw Material to Finished Goods) workflows.
• **Professional Stability:** A stable and progressive career track record, preferably with limited employer changes (1–2 organisations) and meaningful tenure 80% time spent in One organisation.
• **Target Background:** Suitable candidate can be from industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Law Firm, CA firm, etc.

• *Out of Scope (What This Role Is NOT)**

• **No Siloed Profiles:** Candidates who have only managed niche departments like *only* Accounts Receivable (AR), *only* Accounts Payable (AP), or *only* Taxation will **not** be considered.
• Candidates handling only Coordination and Paperwork and Voucher Entries / Data entry without conceptual knowledge
• Have limited interest in client\-facing role and Extensive Travel.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
