Job Description – General Manager (GM) – Finance \& Accounting

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **GM – Finance \& Accounting** to lead the company's finance and accounting operations, ensure strong financial governance, and drive financial readiness for the company's upcoming IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall finance and accounting operations, including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, cash flow management, working capital and cost control.
• Drive IPO\-related financial preparedness, due diligence and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors and legal advisors.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, taxation and applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory, internal and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting systems, policies and processes.
• Oversee fundraising support, banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for effective business decision\-making.
• Lead, mentor and manage the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Profile

• CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent qualification.
• 10\+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
• Experience in IPO preparation, fundraising or working with listed companies will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem\-solving and stakeholder\-management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,900,000\.00 per year
