General Manager - Sales & Service

A General Manager (GM) of Sales \& Services will be responsible for driving revenue, managing sales operations, and ensuring exceptional post\-sales customer support. He should be able to bridge the gap between business acquisition and customer retention, building high\-performing teams to scale market presence and maximize profitability.

• **Strategic Leadership:** Drive the regional/national after\-sales business strategy, overseeing a vast network of authorized workshops and dealership touchpoints.
• **Revenue Generation:** Own and exceed service revenue targets by scaling genuine parts sales, Annual Maintenance Contracts (Joyride), and value\-added services.
• **Customer Experience:** Elevate customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Turnaround Time (TAT), and First\-Time\-Right (FTR) repair quality.
• **Dealer Profitability:** Partner with dealer principals to optimize workshop utilization, operational efficiency, and commercial profitability.
• **EV Transition:** Spearhead tech\-driven upgrades and workforce upskilling to seamlessly integrate Electric Vehicle (EV) service capabilities into the existing network.
• **Team Governance:** Manage, mentor, and track the performance of Zonal and Regional Service Managers across territories.
