Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle permanent and contract hiring across multiple IT domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and roll out offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs and ensure timely closures.
• Support hiring across PAN India and APAC geographies.

Required Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong expertise in end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Hands\-on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring.
• Experience hiring for IT Services, Product Companies, BFSI, FinTech, or niche technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• APAC hiring exposure will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
