Senior HR Generalist

Experience – 5\-7 Years

Location– Wanwadi, Pune

We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Generalist to lead end\-to\-end HR operations and administrative functions for a workforce of 50–200 employees, including office and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full\-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle

Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment

Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies

Support performance management and manpower planning

Lead employee engagement initiatives, including HR events and birthday celebrations

Oversee office administration, vendor management, and invoicing

Support warehouse coordination and prepare MIS reports for management

Requirements

Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in e\-commerce/logistics

Experience managing HR operations for 50–200 employees

Strong knowledge of payroll, leave handling, and labour law compliance

Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems

Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills

Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
