Position Details

· Office Hours: Monday – Saturday \| 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Overview

· We are looking for dynamic, sales\-oriented professionals to join our team in Kottayam.

· We are currently hiring for multiple positions to manage our gold retail and purchase operations.

Roles \& Compensation

· Branch Manager – Minimum 5 Years in Gold Loan Industry

· Assistant Branch Manager – Minimum 2 Years in Gold / Finance

· Customer Service Executive – Freshers (Field Sales experience preferred)

· Note: Salaries for CSE and ABM are inclusive of PF \& ESI benefits.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional and courteous service to walk\-in customers.

· Accurately evaluate the purity and weight of old gold for purchase or exchange.

· Maintain high standards of integrity and security during physical gold handling.

· Execute branch\-specific marketing strategies including umbrella marketing and leafleting.

· Travel within the Kottayam district for outdoor promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

· Drive brand awareness and build a strong local customer base.

· Promote and sell gold and silver products including coins, jewelry, and biscuits.

· Support digital solutions including corporate gifting and digital wallet services.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

· Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer communication.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Sales\-oriented mindset with customer handling capabilities.

· Prior field sales or direct marketing experience is an advantage for Customer Service Executive roles.

· Willingness to learn gold testing and corporate sales processes.

· Must be willing to travel locally for marketing and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
