Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).

Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Handle international client projects and understand global market targeting strategies.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.

Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.

Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Design teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

Experience handling international advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of PPC strategies and performance marketing.

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis tools.

Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads Certification (preferred).

Experience managing multiple client accounts.

Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO concepts.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
