Job Summary

We are looking for a results\-driven **Google Ads \& Social Media Marketing Executive** with 2\+ years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max).
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
• Generate quality leads through paid and organic marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Track website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Google Ads and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
