Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and performance\-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in search, display, YouTube, and performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and ROI improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
• Generate high\-quality leads through paid marketing campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through strategic optimization
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments
• Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaign assets
• Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively
• Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion tracking
• Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm updates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign management
• Expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization
• Hands\-on experience with keyword planning, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance marketing metrics
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• Google Ads or Digital Marketing certification preferred
